Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, simply email us at bluebellcreationstudio@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Personalised Items
Because personalised cards are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us and we will absolutely make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest option is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
EU Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, provided items are unused and in original condition.
